Some Informations

The apartment is located in the Center of the city of Lucca with peers on the centrally located Napoleon Square on the corner between Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Vittorio Veneto. The apartment is composed by 5 rooms (double bedroom, bedroom, dining room, lounge and kitchen) plus two baths (bathtub and shower). All for a total area of about 90 square meters.

For the nights are available:

• A double bed
• a bunk bed with 2 room fixed plus 1 possibly available (positioned under the bed place below)
• A double sofa bed.

The house is equipped of all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay:

• Everything required to prepare and serve food
• A portable air conditioner
• TV, DVD and DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television), Iron and hairdryer

In the service is included a complete change of linen (sheets, towels, table-cloth)

Is not included final cleaning and consume (electricity and warm up)

The apartment is in the centre of Lucca town, in front of Napoleon Square, 5 minutes walk to S. Martino Cathedral or S. Michele gothic church. Lucca is full of ancient churchs and medium age palaces. The masted Walls of the city (famous all over the world for their intact conditions and for the walks on the them) are nearby (5 minutes walk).

You can see them from a windows....In July the SUMMER FESTIVAL offer to you very famous musicians from all over the world. In September you can attend at the marvellous sight of the procession of Volto Santo (Holy face) directly from the windows of the apartment. In October-November the comics exposure and in December the typical Xmas fairs.

As the  apartment is the stillness of the pedestrian area of the city, is not possible to arrive directly under it with your car.

Besides the bus station is only 400 m far away (Piazzale Verdi) and the train station is just 1 km far away (Piazzale Ricasoli).
